- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 300g daikon, sliced into half-moons
- Chopped green onions, as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
