- 1 tbsp potato starch
Vegetables
- 🍆 4 eggplants
- 🥒 1/3 daikon radish grated
Seasoning
- 100cc concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 300cc water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar

Cut pork belly slices into 6cm pieces and coat with potato starch. Roll each piece into small balls.

Cut eggplants into bite-sized pieces.

Place pork balls in a frying pan and cook until their color changes. Add soy sauce, water, and sugar.

Add eggplants to the pan and cook until they become tender. Stir in grated daikon radish and warm through.
