Ramen
- 🍜 2 packs instant ramen
Meat
- 🐖 120g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Garnish
- Chopped red ginger, to taste
- Aonori (seaweed flakes), to taste
BƯỚC
Slice the onion thinly.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and ginger) in a bowl.
Heat water in a frying pan over medium heat. Once boiling, add the instant ramen, onion, and pork. Cover and steam over low-medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Uncover the pan and stir-fry while evaporating excess water. Pour in the seasoning mixture and stir to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with red ginger and aonori as desired.
