Main Ingredients
- 🍚 600g cooked rice
- 🐖 250g thinly sliced pork
- 🧀 60g pizza cheese
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Marinade
- 100g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Chop the green onions into small pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
In a bowl, mix the pork with kimchi and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil on a hot plate at medium temperature. Add garlic slices and fry until golden brown, then remove to create garlic chips. Turn off the heat.
Place the cooked rice in the center of the hot plate and arrange the marinated pork around it. Sprinkle garlic chips and chopped green onions over the rice. Heat at medium temperature, flipping the pork until it changes color.
Top the pork with pizza cheese, cover with a lid, and steam until the cheese melts. Drizzle yakiniku sauce over everything and stir-fry to combine.
