- 100g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), diced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Boil water in a pot, add pork loin, and cook over low heat until the color changes. Remove and let cool, then cut into 2cm wide strips.

Remove the stem from the tomato and dice into 1cm cubes. Thinly slice the myoga diagonally.

In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients. Add pork, tomato, and myoga, and mix well.
