- 300g pork loin, thick cut
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Marinade
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (garlic, ginger, sake, salt, pepper, soy sauce) and massage into the pork. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Place the marinated pork into a plastic bag, add potato starch, and coat evenly.
Heat salad oil to 180°C in a pot, add the coated pork, and fry for 3–4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
