- 20g vermicelli
- 80g ground pork
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 400ml water
BƯỚC
Slice the shiitake mushroom into thin pieces, separating the stem and cap. Julienne the carrot.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until the color changes. Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, ginger, chicken stock powder, and water) and bring to a boil. Add vermicelli and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
