- 🐖 150g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 1 bag (100g) molokhia
Seasoning
- 🍑 1 plum, pitted and mashed
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Separate molokhia stems and leaves. Boil water in a pot, cook stems for 1 minute, add leaves and cook for 30 seconds. Drain and chop finely.
Remove the pit from the plum and mash it with a knife.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, then add the chopped molokhia and mix well.
Boil water in a pot, cook pork slices one by one over low heat until the color changes. Drain and let cool.
Arrange pork slices on a plate and pour the molokhia plum sauce over them.
