- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce

Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice into 1cm wide strips.
Lay out one slice of pork belly, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Place 1/10 of the bell peppers and bean sprouts on the pork and roll tightly. Repeat to make 10 rolls and arrange them on a microwave-safe plate.
Pour yakiniku sauce over the rolls, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes. Flip the rolls, re-cover, and let sit for 2 minutes to finish cooking with residual heat.
