NGUYÊN LIỆU
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 handfuls of chives, chopped
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
BƯỚC
Slice the potatoes, onion, and carrot into thin strips. Wash and chop the chives into 5cm pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced potatoes, onion, and carrot until the potatoes are partially translucent.
Add 1/4 cup of water and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes to prevent the potatoes from sticking to the pan.
Mix in 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp cooking wine, and 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Once the potatoes are fully cooked, add the chopped chives and stir quickly to combine.
Finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil, 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well and serve.
