- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Julienne the potatoes.
Cut the ham in half and julienne it.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes, ham, salt, and black pepper together.
Heat half of the olive oil (1 tbsp) in a frying pan. Add the mixture and shape it into a flat, round disc. Press down with a spatula and cook over medium heat for 5–6 minutes.
Transfer the galette to a plate. Add the remaining olive oil (1 tbsp) to the pan, flip the galette back into the pan, and place small pieces of salted butter on the edges. Cook over medium heat for another 5–6 minutes until crispy.
