Vegetable
- 🎃 400g pumpkin, peeled and sliced
Seafood
- 🦐 20g sakura shrimp
Aromatics
- 🧅 1/3 stalk minced green onion
- 1 clove minced ginger
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, ginger, and green onion. Stir-fry until fragrant.
Add sliced pumpkin and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add sakura shrimp and continue stir-frying for 1 minute.
Mix sake, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over the stir-fry and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot as a main dish or side dish.
