- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning

- 1/2 tsp seaweed powder

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, then slice thinly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 160°C, enough to cover the bottom by 1cm. Fry the pumpkin slices until golden brown.
