- 🎃 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized 3cm cubes, removing tough skin. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until soft. Drain well and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, miso, mayonnaise, and sesame seeds) well. Add the cooked pumpkin and toss to coat evenly.
