BƯỚC
Slice the lotus root into half-moon shapes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
Place the lotus root and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain and return to the container.
Add chikuwa, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and white sesame seeds to the container. Mix well until evenly coated.
