Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 200g lotus root, sliced
- 5 green peppers, sliced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Meat Marinade
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Massage the sliced beef with sake, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Slice the lotus root into half-moon shapes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Slice the green peppers into thin strips after removing seeds and stems.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned.
Add the lotus root and green peppers to the pan and stir-fry until the peppers soften.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry briefly to coat all ingredients evenly.
