Main Ingredients
- 200g lotus root, sliced
- 15g cod roe
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Slice the lotus root into thin half-moon shapes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the roe.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the lotus root and stir-fry until translucent.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and cod roe to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the flavors are well combined.
