Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
- 5 slices pickled radish
- 🥬 3 tbsp chopped kimchi
- 🐟 3 tbsp drained canned tuna
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
BƯỚC
Chop the kimchi finely and stir-fry it in a pan with a little oil. Add 1/2 tbsp sugar for enhanced flavor.
Mix the chopped pickled radish, drained tuna, and mayonnaise together to create tuna mayo.
Combine the cooked rice with a little sesame oil and seaweed flakes, mixing well.
Prepare a mug or cup for shaping the rice burger.
Layer the rice at the bottom of the cup without pressing too hard.
Add a layer of stir-fried kimchi on top of the rice.
Add a layer of tuna mayo on top of the kimchi.
Cover the layers with another portion of rice to complete the burger.
Wrap the cup with plastic wrap and invert it onto a plate, gently tapping to release the rice burger.
Wrap the rice burger in plastic wrap and shape it into a burger form with your hands.
