- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1/4 sheet nori
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pinch dashi powder
- 💧 1 tbsp water
BƯỚC
Mix eggs and seasonings (sugar, salt, dashi powder, and water) in a bowl.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil spread thinly over the surface.
Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the pan and place a sheet of nori at the far end. When semi-cooked, roll the egg towards you.
Repeat with the remaining egg mixture, adding 1/3 at a time and rolling towards you after semi-cooking.
