Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 180g canned mackerel (water-packed)
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, chopped
- 1 myoga, julienned
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the cucumber.
Chop the shiso leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Julienne the myoga.
In a bowl, add half of the canned mackerel (90g), remove bones, and flake the fish.
Add the seasonings (miso, dashi powder, ground sesame) and mash together.
Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until dissolved.
Mix in the cucumber and myoga, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl.
Pour the chilled soup over the rice, top with the remaining mackerel, shiso leaves, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
