- 1 can (150g) saba canned in water
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley as needed

Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 1 minute less than the package instructions and drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add saba canned fish, grated garlic, and sliced chili. Break apart the fish while sautéing until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti, saba canned liquid, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix and evaporate excess liquid.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
