Rice
- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 15g dried squid
Vegetables
- 5g fried tofu
- 30g burdock root
- 🥕 1/6 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
- 1 shiso leaf, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Cut dried squid into bite-sized pieces. Shave burdock root and soak in water, then drain. Julienne carrot. Wrap fried tofu in paper towels to remove excess oil, then slice thinly. Julienne ginger.
Add soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce), and water to the rice cooker up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread the prepared ingredients evenly on top and cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, gently mix the rice and ingredients. Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced shiso leaf.
