- 🐟 100g smoked salmon
- 1 bag arugula
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
Garlic Lemon Dressing
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Trim the arugula roots and cut into 3–4 cm pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic.
Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until the garlic turns lightly golden.
In a mixing bowl, combine the smoked salmon, sautéed garlic, and remaining dressing ingredients. Add arugula and cherry tomatoes, then mix gently.
