Main Ingredients
- 🐟 2 fillets (160g) salmon
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥬 1/6 head (200g) cabbage
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso

Prepare the salmon fillets by seasoning them lightly with salt and pepper.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, slice the carrot thinly, and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Mix the miso sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a small bowl until smooth.
Layer the vegetables in a steaming tray or heatproof dish, placing the salmon fillets on top.
Pour the miso sauce over the salmon and vegetables.
Steam the dish for about 15–20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
