- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet salmon
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage (80g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
BƯỚC
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares and slice the garlic thinly, removing the core.
Slice the salmon fillet diagonally into 2cm wide pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and spaghetti. Cook 1 minute less than the package instructions. Add cabbage 1 minute before the spaghetti finishes cooking. Reserve 2 tbsp of boiling water and drain the spaghetti and cabbage.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Increase to medium heat, add salmon, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add spaghetti, cabbage, reserved boiling water, and salt, then stir-fry briefly to combine.
