- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🍄 1/2 pack mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated cheese
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes
- 🥛 100ml milk
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pepper to taste
BƯỚC
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mince the onion and slice the mushrooms.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add salmon, and cook over medium heat until done. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic over medium-low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened, then add the tomato sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix the cooked rice into the tomato sauce and transfer to a heatproof dish.
Top with salmon, pizza cheese, and grated cheese, then bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
