    • 50cc reserved pasta cooking water

Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Trim and cut green beans into 2cm pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, cook salmon pieces over medium heat until the surface changes color, then remove from the pan.

Add diced potatoes to the boiling pasta water 3 minutes before the pasta is done, and green beans 1 minute before. Reserve 50cc of pasta water and drain the rest.

Remove the pot from heat, mix the cooked pasta, salmon, Genovese pesto sauce, and reserved pasta water together.
