- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
- 🧅 100g sliced onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
Other
- Flour for coating
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
BƯỚC
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
Cut spinach into 4cm pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add onion and sauté until softened. Push onion to the side and add salmon, cooking on medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Add spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted. Drizzle soy sauce around the edge of the pan and mix everything together.
