- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 1/8 red paprika, minced
- 1/8 yellow paprika, minced
- A pinch of chopped parsley
Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Slice the salmon thinly at an angle.
Mince the onion and soak it in water to remove bitterness. Drain well. Mince the red and yellow paprika.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Arrange the salmon slices on a plate, sprinkle with onion, red paprika, and yellow paprika. Drizzle the sauce over and garnish with parsley.
