Mustard Sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Side Dish
- 🥬 2–3 leaves of shredded cabbage
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
