Tear the cabbage leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them on a microwave-safe plate. Lay the salmon fillets on top.

Add the seasonings (sake, salt and pepper, salted kombu, sesame oil) over the salmon and cabbage. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
