Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillet
Vegetables
- 120g daikon radish, julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 6 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
BƯỚC
Julienne the daikon radish, carrot, and shiso leaves.
Mix the julienned daikon, carrot, and shiso leaves with vinegar, soy sauce, and water in a bowl.
Cut the salmon into three pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Add the cooked salmon to the vegetable mixture while still hot and mix gently. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Plate the mixture and garnish with additional shiso leaves.
