- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes
- 🥕 75g carrot
- 🧅 100g onion
- 1 slice ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 💧 200ml water
BƯỚC
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Cut carrots into bite-sized pieces. Quarter the onion into wedges. Slice the ginger thinly.
Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté chicken until the color changes.
Add potatoes, carrots, onion, and ginger to the pot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add sake, mirin, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, skim off foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes. Add salt, mix, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add butter, and mix. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
