Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Noodles
- 50g vermicelli noodles
Vegetables
- 1 bag seri (Japanese parsley)
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Mix sake, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for 10 minutes. Cut seri into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli noodles, and cook for 1 minute over medium heat. Drain the water.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
Add vermicelli noodles and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir-fry together until well combined.
Add seri, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry briefly until seri is slightly wilted.
