- 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Seasoning

- A pinch of pepper

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the bamboo shoots into sections: quarter the tips lengthwise and slice the root into 5mm thick pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.

Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
