- 🐟 1 fillet salted mackerel (150g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (350g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Bread
- 🥖 French bread as needed
BƯỚC
Cut the salted mackerel into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the potatoes into 2cm cubes and soak them in water. Drain and microwave in a heatproof dish for 3–4 minutes at 600W. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the mackerel and potatoes, stirring occasionally, and cook until the mackerel is done.
Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with French bread.
