- 2 salted pollack roe
- 🧈 1/4 block tofu
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- Some radish slices
Broth & Seasoning
- 2 cups kombu broth
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
- A small amount of sesame oil
