Main Ingredients
- 1.5 strips pork belly
- 150ml water
- 🧅 1 green onion, roughly chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

Prepare all ingredients by chopping the green onion and slicing the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly until the fat renders.
Add the chopped green onion to the pan and stir-fry until golden and fragrant.
Pour in the water and add soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce is reduced and coats the pork, serve over rice and mix well before eating.
