Main Ingredients
- 350g pork belly
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- a pinch of minced ginger
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- a pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 50cc water
BƯỚC
Prepare the pork belly by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion, onion, green chili, and red chili into small pieces.
Cut the soft tofu into chunks and set aside.
Mix the pork belly with gochujang, chili powder, sugar, rice wine, mirin, sesame oil, black pepper, soy sauce, and water in a pot.
Cook the marinated pork belly on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Add the sliced onion and green onion to the pot and mix well.
Pour 50cc of water into the pot and bring to a simmer.
Add the soft tofu to the pot and gently stir to combine.
Once the tofu absorbs the seasoning, turn off the heat and serve.
