Fish
- 1 fillet sanma (boneless and skinned)
Vegetables
- 10cm negi (thinly sliced)
- 1 myoga (julienned)
- 3 shiso leaves (julienned)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp miso
- A pinch of grated ginger

Remove the bones and skin from the sanma fillet, then slice into 5mm pieces.

Cut the negi lengthwise in half and slice thinly.

Julienne the myoga and shiso leaves.

Mix all ingredients except the grated ginger in a container until well combined.
