- 🍗 150g chicken breast (skinless)

- 2 myoga (julienned)
- 🥒 1 cucumber (julienned)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi

Julienne the myoga and cucumber.
Place the chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate, pierce with a fork, season with salt, pepper, and sake, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until cooked.
Let the chicken cool slightly and shred it.
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi in a bowl.
Combine the shredded chicken, myoga, and cucumber with the sauce and mix well.
