- 🐟 130g sashimi-grade horse mackerel

- 🧅 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, julienned
Sauce
- 🦐 1 tbsp finely chopped sakura shrimp
- 🥜 10g roughly chopped peanuts
- 🧂 1/3 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the red onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain. Julienne the cucumber.
Finely chop the sakura shrimp and roughly chop the peanuts.
Mix the sakura shrimp, peanuts, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the sauce.
Arrange half of the sashimi, red onion, and cucumber on a plate, then drizzle the sauce over the top.
