- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms, halved and sliced
- 🧅 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
Protein
- 100g fish cake, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
BƯỚC
Halve and slice the king oyster mushrooms. Chop the onion, fish cake, and chives.
Mix soy sauce, ground pepper, sesame oil, cooking wine, corn syrup, and minced garlic to prepare the seasoning.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and fish cake over high heat until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the king oyster mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Pour the prepared seasoning into the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped chives. Let the residual heat cook the chives slightly.
