Main Ingredients
- 2 chikuwa
- 8 frozen taro pieces (200g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp aonori
BƯỚC
Place frozen taro and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3–5 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the chikuwa into 1 cm diagonal slices.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add taro and chikuwa, and sauté until golden brown.
Lower the heat to simmer, add sake, salt, and aonori, and stir to combine.
