- 1 turnip with leaves (160g)

Cut the turnip, leaving 1cm of stem, peel it, and slice into 5mm thick pieces. Chop the leaves into 1cm pieces.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the turnip slices and sauté until translucent.
Add the turnip leaves, cod roe, and seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce). Stir-fry until the cod roe changes color and the liquid evaporates.
