Cut the avocado in half, remove the skin and pit, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Reserve half a sprig of dill for garnish and finely chop the rest.
Cut the scallops into bite-sized pieces.
Mix mayonnaise and chopped dill in a bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes and scallops, and toss to combine.
Place the mixture into the hollowed-out avocado halves and garnish with the reserved dill. Repeat for the remaining avocado half.
