Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦪 120g baby scallops
Vegetables
- 🥦 60g broccoli florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of sliced red chili
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp pasta cooking water
- Pinch of black pepper
BƯỚC
Mince the garlic after removing its core.
Boil water in a pot, add salt and spaghetti, and cook slightly shorter than package instructions. Add broccoli one minute before the spaghetti finishes cooking. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat, add garlic and chili, and sauté until fragrant. Add baby scallops and cook until they change color.
Add reserved pasta water, salt, and pepper to the pan. Mix well, then add spaghetti and broccoli. Stir-fry quickly to combine.
