Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) warm rice
Seafood
- 🦪 12 baby scallops (70g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 60g frozen corn
- 1/3 pack kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥢 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Cut the roots off the kaiware sprouts and halve them. Coat the baby scallops with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the scallops over medium heat for 2 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Add the corn and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, salt, pepper, soy sauce) and mix until everything is well-coated.
Serve the warm rice in a bowl, top with scallops, corn, and kaiware sprouts. Pour the remaining sauce from the pan over the dish.
