- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion

- 2 tsp curry powder

- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 tbsp salad oil

Heat salad oil in a pan and sauté the scallops until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Return the scallops to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
