Cut Brussels sprouts in half. Crush garlic and remove its core.

Pat dry the shrimp and cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and octopus, cooking over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until shrimp changes color. Add Brussels sprouts and simmer briefly until tender.
